Products & Sizing

1. I'm unsure about what size I should get, how do I know what's best for me?

2. What is the swimwear made out of?

We use a variety of high quality and lightweight fabrics that are all sun- resistant, resilient, and are made to last.

3. Where can I buy your swimwear?

4. My bikini doesn’t fit, can I return it?

We have a strict no returns policy, however we are happy to assist you in an exchange. Please visit our returns and exchanges page for more details. 

5. Do I have to pay to send the swimwear back to you if I want an exchange?

Yes, it is your responsibility to send the item you wish to exchange back to us within 20 days of notifying us of the exchange. We are unable to cover shipping charges for an exchange.

6. How will I know that my order is complete?

You will be notified right away through email when your order has been processed at checkout. This will confirm and outline all details: items ordered, shipping type, and shipping address.

 

Shipping

7. When will I receive my order and how will I know when it’s been shipped?

If you purchased standard shipping, your order will be shipped within 48 hours from Monday to Friday. If you purchased express shipping, your order will be shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order should be expected to arrive based on the shipping method you chose. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to see when your order is expected to arrive.

 

8. What if my package doesn’t arrive on time?
